Placido Domingo double cassette tape - Bravissimo, Domingo! - on RCA Red Seal from 1982. As it is still unopened, I cannot tell the country of issue, but I would guess either the UK or USA.

Although the outer cellophane is split on 2 sides, neither side is split completely, so as far as I can see, it would be impossible for anyone to have taken out either cassette. Therefore, both cassettes and both inlays should be in Mint condition.
