5) Regardless of the value of your order, we will always take great care in packaging it for shipment. All cards mail in a sleeve *and* toploader, regardless of their value. We also use additional packaging, to provide the upmost protection, even against rain or snow. When you shop with us here, you are in "our store", and your opening experience is just as important to us as the product you receive. We are confident the additional effort is worth it, and our customers often remark on the fun they had opening their parcel in their feedback to us! We believe we can offer an even *better* experience than going to a physical store, and we welcome the opportunity to prove it!
Grading:
NM/N - This card is pack fresh, and has no more than the smallest corner or edge dings.
LP (F/VF) - This card is a superb specimen, with some wear or corner rounding.
MP (G/VG) - This card may have moderate to severe edge or corner wear, surface scratches, stains, or moderate to severe creasing.
HP/Filler (A/G) - This card will have one or more of: severe corner and edge wear, creasing, tears, scratches, and or/stains. Cards in this grade are sold as "filler" pieces, intended to be replaced with a higher grade copy in the future. Cards offered in this grade are typically elusive pieces that still have a collectible value, even if to temporarily fill a binder slot, hence the term "filler".
**Updated Policies**
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, mail delivery may take up to 3 business days extra to arrive. This is due to mail/courier delivery operating with short staffing, and a higher than normal volume of parcels being processed country-wide every day. We have updated most of our shipping times to reflect this delay, but if your order is time sensitive, please get in touch before ordering to ensure we can meet your needs. In addition, Canada Post is currently not guaranteeing Xpresspost delivery times, which are typically 2-3 business days. In our experience, these orders have arrived fine, within 2-4 days at the most. If you have specific fulfillment requirements, please contact us with the details, and we will craft a personalized solution for you.
Generally, we do not accept returns. We believe that our track record speaks for itself, and with the volume of orders being processed, we would rather lose a sale than deal with the small minority of "show and tell" or "buyers remorse" sales. We believe our selection and service to be unmatched, and our customers seem to agree.
