Fine quality large rectangular wooden panel with mother of pearl inlay & engraved detail a story telling scene wall hanging picture possibly from South East Asia - Indo-China / Vietnam depicting a far-distant house or pagoda on the hillside; clouds; rocks; pine tree; banana tree; an important man on horseback with his two male attendants being away from family his wife & child with her servant girl.
Condition: there is an age split crack hairline to the background wood running across the centre but solid intact; four spots of inlay pieces missing, one to the male attendant holding a fan, two to the pine tree; one to the servant girl wearing an unusually large hat and one more to the woman with umbrella, otherwise all in good condition read to display
