We are happy to refund an item if it is defective within 30 days of purchase or upon the return of your item.
If you wish to return due to your order being defective please contact us first as we are happy to resolve the issue for you.
If you wish to return an item to us because you made a mistake, we will be unable to pay for the return postage.
