Operation Instruction:
l
Adjust the Z-axis height and locking it base on the workpiece
thickness.
How: adjust the
position of the intermediate piece on the long machine bed;Choose the appropriate collet locking the
milling cutter base on its handle diameter; Milling cutter extension length
should not be too long, in order to avoid the milling cutter shaking when
processing.
l
Choose the suitable clamping way depending on the shape of
workpiece, and clamp-on.
l
Clamping the workpiece before processing.
l
When
the working noise is abnormal or the belt get loose, cut off the power and
adjust the belt.
l
Should not beyond the machine working stroke when processing.
l
Avoid the clothes and hair touch the machine while machine working. Use goggles
when processing.
l
Choose suitable feedrate and processing depth base on the
workpiece material.
l
The
spindle doesn’t work or slow down because of the large resistance while sawing,
please remove the resistance or cut off the power in seconds. Check and solve
the problem before start the machine again, in order to avoid transformer or
motor burned.

When the dovetail orbit of the slide is loosening or shaking,
you can adjust the setscrew on the slide.

Pull
the plug after use.

Adjustment of slide tightening:
Use the
allen key adjust each setscrew on the slide. Each one should be adjust evenly.

Adjustment of belt tightening:
Use
cross screwdriver adjust the belt adjusting screw on the headstock.
Tighten clockwise and loosen counterclockwise.
After
adjusting the screw, press the screw head down to eliminate the screw vacancy.
The belt tightness is suitable when the belt is pressed down from
3-5mm.

Connection piece placement:
Connection piece stagger each other(as shown in the figure).Screw head outward,
the orientation (up and down) of the end of the connection piece with a step
must be toward the side of the component that needs to be moved.
