• Please note that items sent by Standard Mail are at buyer's risk and I always obtain a certificate of posting for all orders. If stamps are lost in the post, it is your responsibility to make a claim for the lost item from Royal Mail. For more valuable items, I would advise using Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed option.

• Please note that these are Royal Mail charges for the secure services offered. They have become essential because of the number of potential false claims levied against Royal Mail and to comply with EBAY and PAYPAL 'Trackable Policies'.

• Royal Mail Compensation is limited to a maximum of £20.

• Compensation for the 'Signed For' service is limited to a maximum of £20.

• International Standard Postage offers no guarantees/insurance, unless you buy the International Signed or Tracked Services.

• Postage rates are based on packages/envelopes weighing up to 100g. For heavier items I will have to add the additional postage costs to the invoice.
