Listing is for a set of 3 of 3D printed non-marking vice jaws to fit a Record No 2075 (3-1/2") vice.
The jaws are a direct replacement for the originals.
The jaws are designed and printed by me here in the UK.
The jaw faces have three small vertical vee grooves and one small horizontal vee groove to assist holding small components.
Jaws will be supplied in either grey or black (depending upon current setup).
By default these jaws will be supplied with counter sunk holes (vee bottomed), should you require a counterbored holes (flat bottomed) option please see my other listings or message me.

The material used for the jaws has a typical hardness as below;
  • Hardness Shore D 59-77 (please see hardness comparison table attached to images).

The polyurethane/ PLA jaws are unsuitable for hot items as the plastic will melt (recommend max temp of 80C).
