- It's BLACK because it has rubber compounds added to the formula.
THICKER than regular thick black CA - and takes longer to cure. Stays where you put it and has good gap-filling capability. It's up to 4 times as strong as regular CA and it is particularly ideal for high-stress and high-vibration applications in difficult environments. Shock and Impact resistant. Humidity resistant, heat and thermal shock resistant. Excellent for gluing bulkheads and other items to fiberglass model airplane fuselages and fiberglass model boat hulls. Excellent for attaching rubber tires to wheels on RC cars. Excellent for working with composite materials (carbon fiber) Highly recommended for speaker manufacturers (and repair)
The viscosity rating is 10,000-12,000cps. This is thicker than the "standard" B4000 and it takes lot longer to dry.
For best results, SHAKE WELL before use and apply sparingly. Apply several thin coats instead of a
thick coat. It will reach it's full strength (full cure) in 24 hours.
This large bottle is recommended for customers who use a LOT of glue,
and relatively quickly - because rubber-toughened CA is not meant
for long-term storage. (I also offer this in a 20z, 4oz, and 8oz bottles, and there are other thinner versions of the black CA

16oz net weight. Supplied in a sealed high-quality plastic bottle, with a "Yorker" dispensing nozzle (shown in the picture). Note, cap may be red or blue. Hyperbond-brand CA Adhesives are manufactured using a "triple-distilled" process for the highest possible quality and are "mil-spec" - originally offered for industrial use, these products are now available for the hobby market.
