Widening K50 is a very aesthetic and durable tape for widening wheel arches in off-road cars, quads, trucks and agricultural vehicles.

Material:

EPDM – elastomer based on ethylene-propylene-diene rubber.

This material is characterized by very good resistance to aging, which is extremely important in the case of constant influence of changing weather conditions.

The application temperature ranges from -50°C to +130°C. EPDM is also resistant to hot water.

Additionally, in order to increase stiffness and resistance to deformation, reinforced with steel wire.

This solution allows you to freely shape the profile and eliminates the problem of "hanging" of the rubber.

 

The assembly consists in screwing the extensions to the original mudguard rim - to its underside, using metal screws.

The screws are fixed in coaxially prepared holes in the rubber and the material from which the mudguard is made. It is recommended to use screws with an integrated washer.

Properly mounted K50 widening, adheres precisely with the upper lip to the surface of the wheel arch (it is required to press the rubber to the wheel arch during drilling holes and final assembly).
