Rear bumper dedicated to the NISSAN PATROL Y60 - to undercut rear body.
The
main construction of the bumper is made of 4mm thick sheet metal, and
frame mounting from 5mm thick sheet. The product is first cut by laser,
then bent on a CNC press brake, and the right shape is obtained by
manual finishing. The next stage is corrosion protection consisting of
galvanizing, and powder coating which gives the bumper a final look.
This
bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles and two holes for
hi-lift. The solid steel construction allows full operation of the
bumper in the field.
The bumper definitely improves the
comfort of off-road driving, improves safety as well as gives the car
its appropriate character.
The kit does not include
shackle handles and lamps. All our
products are painted in matt black RAL 9005 as standard.
