a superb gem red and brown philadelphia mint lincoln wheat cent with excellent surfaces/luster/strike and CAC approved  .....NGC has graded 2 in brown, 2 in red and brown with 1 in 67RB-Star and 7 in Red   ...this coin is the only one in an NGC holder with CAC approval   ........a very rare coin housed in an older holder with the green CAC sticker and most of the hologram with a bit worn off
