This auction is for a Peerless beer metal dispenser sign from La Crosse WI, hardly ever seen.  On the front of the sign there is the wording "Peerless Beer" in the center, with the smaller advertising wording above it. At the bottom of the piece there is the display area, which I was told has slots in which tobacco cigarette packs could be pulled from. The front with the advertising wording opens up giving access to the center storage area. In the lower right corner of the piece there is the smaller fine print wording of La Crosse Breweries Inc., La Crosse Wisconsin.  Here is a nice sign that would be a great addition to the collection, with some minor paint ware, light surface rust, great piece and is ready for a collection. The photos have reflections, as the piece is a shiny metal finish front, the second photo portrays the piece well without reflections.  The sign measures 13 tall by 19 wide and 4.5 inches thick.
