I am pleased to offer this set of 4 tennis sets made in Japan between 1921 and 1941. They are hand painted with gold trim on the handles and rim of the cups and serving plates. The top band of the cups and plates is a light robin egg blue with florals painted below the band. The cup insert on the plate also has a floral painted within. The material is fine translucent china which you can see through. Aside from a fleabite on the rim of one cup (last photo) there are no chips or cracks on  any of the pieces. The gold shows some wear. All in all a very delicate and pretty set. The cups measure 3 3/8 inches in diameter and 1 7/8 inches high. They hold about 5 ounces of fluid. The plates measure 8 5/8 inches long by 7 1/4 inches wide.

I will combine shipping on multiple purchases wherever safely possible and also support local pickup.
