Vintage Audio Amplifier Waterslide Transfer Decals

Offered for sale is a set of vintage Waterslide Transfer Decals for audio amplifier controls.  I am not sure how old these are, but at a guess I would say 1950s.  The lettering used on the decals is gold with a black outline on a clear backing, and is approximately 4.7mm high. Transfers for Volume, Bass, Treble and a rotary type On/Off switch are provided.  The Volume and Bass controls go from 1 to 9, and the Treble control goes from 1 to 5.


For the Volume and Bass controls, the inside diameter of the circle around which the letters are placed is approximately 49mm, and the outside diameter about 56mm.  For the Treble control the inside diameter is about 43mm and the outside about 56mm.  For the On/Off control the inside diameter is about 47mm and the outside about 54mm.  The hole punched in the middle of each transfer is 17mm in diameter.


I would describe these transfers as being in a good New Old Stock (NOS) condition.  There may be some slight creases along the edges of the strip, but you would trim the transfers down before application, so this is unlikely to be a problem.

The strip of transfers measures approximately 245mm x 75mm and the unpackaged weight is about 5g


Postage will be via 2nd class mail in the UK, and the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) for outside the UK.  For UK sales I will do combined postage if you purchase more than one item, but please contact me via ebay before bidding for a postal quote.  Note that for International sales, the GSP will not allow combined postage.
