How to use O.R.S
To prepare the solution, add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).
Adults and children aged 6 years and over: Drink 200ml (2 tablets) of solution each time the body’s fluid level needs to be maintained.
Sports drink: 1-2 tablets per 500ml water, consume during and after exercise.
Children aged 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body’s fluid level needs to be maintained. Give the required amount in small sips.
Do not store prepared O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator. If refrigerated the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours.
Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well balanced diet.
Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the instructions. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well balanced diet.

Items posted international are posted with Royal Mail Standard International, Royal Mail Tracked/Signed service or one of our selected couriers depending on the service you choose at checkout, value and weight of your order. Items are dispatched (Packed and handed to Royal Mail or our selected courier) the same day as long as purchase is made before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday. Items posted international usually take 3-5 days within Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe with Royal Mail. Items can however take up to 3 weeks if there are delays with the post.
