Most of the wear on this item is on the dust jacket and the front hard cover blemish shown on pics. The wavy pages on top of book, also shown in pictures, appears to  be minor moisture damage that does not effect the actual pages that I see. Overall the book is still in good shape, the binding is in excellent condition and the book appears to be unread.
