Vintage 1980s Russian Cossack style high collar BLOUSE. Silky, shiny poly satin fabric, with a jacquard (tone-on-tone) print, gold metallic stripes, puff shoulders AMD a keyhole at back of neck. Color is a rich emerald green. Blouse is a bit sheer.
