Wooden Names

This item is for a wooden script word made from 6mm MDF.

We are able to offer letters, numbers and characters. 

We can do apostrophes, commas and dashes free of charge but the larger symbols such as question marks, explanation marks etc would act as a letter. 

How to order:

1) Select the height of the word you are wanting from the first drop down menu 

(the height refers to the capital letter)

2) Select the number of letters in the word from the second drop down menu 

(if the order is for several words, please add each word separately ie for Oh Baby please add a 2 letter word and a 4 letter word.

3) If ordering several words, add each item to basket and check out in one single transaction

4) At checkout please 'add message' to let us know the word and font you would like or send message to seller after checkout has been completed. 

(a list of fonts are available on the images. If no font is chosen we send this out in font 2 as standard) 

Things to know before ordering:

1) All names are written in standard name format ie a capital letter followed by lowercase

(we unfortunately do not offer all capitals as the script fonts do not join properly in all capital format. If wanting all lowercase the letters are sized as if a capital letter has been ordered so the sizing will work out smaller than of that ordered by a couple of cm)

2) All names come in unpainted form

3) Each letter in the word in joined to form one single sign. 

 (The font sheet is to show the style of the lettering however even the un-joined fonts will come joined).

3) All names are cut using a laser cutting machine so may contain slight burn marks & scent

(this is unavoidable during the cutting method. Burn marks can be easily painted over if you choose and the slight burn smell fades when aired) 

4) We unfortunately can offer returns for any personalised items. 

Multi-buy Offers

For any multi-buy discounts all items need to be added to basket and paid for in one single transaction where the cost of the free item/s will be deducted automatically at checkout. (The free item will be the lowest priced item/s in the basket).

Unfortunately if these terms of sale are not met we will not be able to send any promotional items. 

Payment Information

We only accept Paypal Payment. 

We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.

We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed and any e-cheques and pending payments have cleared.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items. 

All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48). 

We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. 

We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
