    RETURNS INFORMATION

    If you are not happy with a purchase you have 30 Days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchasing so please avoid disappointment and return your item on time.

    Any items returned must be received back in their original condition? this means they must be returned with original packaging, if with tags attached, unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume etc..

    In order for you to return the unworn item our attached specially designed Security Tag must remain intact, otherwise your return will not be accepted!

    We aim to process returns within 2-5 working days of receipt after which a return notification message will be sent to you through the eBay message system.

    We cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and as such we always recommend you use a recorded postal service.

    If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order (if the item is faulty Security Tag/Label" must remain intact to get a refund/replacement or exchange) otherwise your return will not be accepted, please contact us within 3 days with details of the error.

    If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. The buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.

    Buyer pays return postage and then once the item has been received you will be fully refunded including the postage fee if you have paid when you purchased the item. (Except Special/Next day delivery charges.)

    Answer: Most of our products can come with various manufacturers labels where they have been purchased from manufacturers that sell high street brands, therefore it is a legal requirement for all branded store labels to be removed from the product in order for them to be sold on our Ebay store.  The tags and labels are removed from items before dispatch, to prevent store returns and to comply with UK resale and copyright laws.
