R63V VESPA LOGO Motor Scooter Key

This key also goes by the following interchange part numbers:

V61TR, VS2, MC35, or MC16.

If your current working key has one of these part numbers you can be confident you have a match.  Another clue is if your ORIGINAL working key was made by FIST or SAFE and as a key code of 10001-12000 on it.   

Vespas were made under license in over 10 countries and the keys used varied depending on which country it was made.  Without seeing your keys, it is hard to project if this key will work on your scoot.  Since this is a rare LOGO key, my guess is that it was used on most models from the 150GS in 1955 through the introduction of the Vespa Primavera in 1968.  It may work on earlier or later models, but this is the most likely range.   Keep in mind there is also a REVERSE of this key called the 63V which I have a few copies of, as well.  Look at both before purchasing!

    •  Unfortunately, there is no information on the specific applications. It is unknown for sure that beyond ignitions, whether this key also works on toolboxes, gas flaps, seat locks, or fork locks of the period.  You will have to use your best judgment to match it up.
