Once payment has been received your item will be lodged with Australia Post (business days only).  Confirmation will be sent the same day as lodgement.   If any problems are experienced with the delivery of an item please contact Janz-Patch immediately.
Once an item has been purchased, pick up can be arranged from the item location at a mutually convenient time.
Please choose your items carefully as returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described. If a return is accepted, return Item/s must be returned within 30 days of buyer receiving the item/s and in the same condition as received by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and items must be returned with new tracking. Please do not return the item before contacting Janz-Patch.
For a non-paid purchase, cancellations can be automatically processed when requested within 3 days of purchase. For paid purchases, providing the order hasn't been packaged and/or posted, a refund will be provided less non-refundable fees.
