Our general lead time on all items is 15-20 working days (3-4 weeks). However, our aim is to get the items delivered to your home within the first week of placing your order. If you require furniture urgently or within a certain time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If for some reason we are unable to deliver within our general lead time of 3-4 weeks, we shall contact you directly to advise.

The delivery companies are very flexible and will provide you with plenty of notice of your delivery date and time. If delivery cannot be taken on the date proposed, alternatives will be offered. The delivery company will try their utmost best to accommodate your needs and work around your availability.

We offer three methods of carriage:

One Man Delivery

The delivery driver can deliver himself directly to any room on the ground floor.

If the item needs to be taken upstairs and it is large and heavy, the driver may require assistance.

Two Man Delivery

This service involves a two man delivery team who will take the furniture themselves to the room of your choice. They will unpack the item and place it into its correct location. You can also opt for a White Glove service where all the packaging is taken away by the delivery drivers.

If you would like to opt for a two man or white glove delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order as it is not available on some of our items.

- The item must be in its original condition and packaging

- It must be unused and complete

- Please notify is within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return the product after which we will provide you with delivery information.

In the unlikely situation where the item is damaged, please adhere to the following procedures:

- Advise us within 3 days of receiving the item that it is damaged

- Contact us via eBay with a brief description of the problems and some pictures showing the nature of the damage

Once this has been received, we shall either exchange the item with a perfect brand new one or collect the item from you and offer you a full refund. This depends on the customers' preference as to whether they want an exchange or a refund. Both service are offered at no additional cost to the customer.:

In some situations, where both a collection and exchange are not convenient, we may offer some form of compensation due to the damage. However, this decision lies entirely with our management team Please ensure that the original packaging is kept for the item

Please note that all items are inspected prior to dispatch and will also be inspected when returned.
