Shipping

• We Only ship to the address provided at time of purchase
• We use a selection of shipping services such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.
• We only ship to all of Canada region and the lower 48 states, NO APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes allowed.
• Cancel Requests are NOT Guaranteed to be met
• We do NOT Ship to Freight Forwarders - we will CANCEL those orders

Returns

• You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
• Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
