The plastic parts to this lot are "like new" condition. In fact, this outhouse was opened from it's factory sealed package, assembled, and photographed for this eBay listing.
All parts are original from the 1990's re-release and are in "like-new" condition!
Once assembled, these outhouses always look very striking on the Plasticville layout or collection.
