Length from bell ring to top of barrel is 605 mm; to the top of the original mouthpiece, 668 mm.
Bell ring is a modern boxwood replacement. Other mountings are original. Stamped with the name of the maker on each joint.
This one’s being offered with two mouthpieces, one pre-1800 that is not playable, another that’s three mm shorter that works well with the clarinet.
The case might be original, more likely English from the middle 19th century.
Wood is in fine condition except for an old crack to the bell. See photos, please.

Often, wood replacement parts are supplied from the manufacturer at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Cases and plating finishes are not covered by our service warranty but are sometimes covered by factory guarantees.”
