· COMPATABILITY: Suitable for G codes Velux windows. Please ensure the code on your window matches your choice. PLEASE NOTE: Although these blinds are Velux compatible, they are not manufactured by Velux. If your roof window has clips attached to the frame, you will need to remove these first.

Delivery

We do our best to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered as soon as possible. The majority of orders are delivered within 3 working days after ordering. Please allow additional time for custom Made to Measure items.

Please note: the following locations are excluded from free delivery - CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT, NORTHERN IRELAND, SCILLY ISLES, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLES, AND EIRE.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you need to return your item for any reason, please get in contact with us. We will be happy to assist you with the return, in line with our policies. This allows you to open a return up to 30 days from receipt of the item.

Please note: All customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If an item is received damaged or defective please report this to our customer service team within 2 working days of receiving the item. We will request an image of the damage or defect. (Please do not use or make any changes to the item as this will void the return request).

Due to eBay policy we are unable to amend or edit any orders once it has been placed, this includes any changes to delivery addresses.

We do not offer free returns. If you are unsure of colours or fabrics please request a sample from our team who will be happy to help.
