Vintage Mickey Mouse & Goofy bookmark from Belgium

My guess is this is from the 30's.     An advertisement for :  "onze Vlaamsche Mikkie-Albums van Walt Disney"   (our Flemish Mickey Album from Walt Disney)  price: only 10 frank.

The writing is Dutch.  

It is a little stained, but still in good condition.
