American silver-plated chamberstick with an unusual (patented design) candle snuffer - opens to the top (narrow) end finial and closes at the wider bottom end instead; unable to find another with internet search. the holder is for large size candle - inner diameter approx 45mm; outer diameter 65mm; 8.5cm high and the large drip pan is 14.5cm diameter; the condition is good (uncleaned); has minor wear to the plating.
