Diamond Tip
The Empire 2000E/I, 2000E/II, and 2000/III all had very similar specs:
same stylus, same channel specs, tracking etc. The only difference was
their frequency response. However, the 2000E/I could still manage
8-32,000Hz:), whereas the 2000E/III delivered 5-35,000Hz, well beyond one's hearing range. Check out the specs on the last pic.
These cartridges were very popular in its day's and by today's standards are still one of the best
magnetic cartridges.
