Can opener is circular and measures 3 x 3 inches with name "Milnot" emblazoned on the front.  

New old store stock from the old, defunct Milnot plant in Litchfield, Illinois, which closed its doors in 1990. Stock acquired from the Milnot Litchfield plant auction on November 10, 2018. Can openers were stored in an old box marked "Chili Man Chili Mix, Milnot Co., Litchfield, Ill. 62056."

You will receive a new, unopened can opener still sealed in its box. 

Milnot has a long, glorious history, beginning operations in 1912 as The Litchfield Creamery Company. The Litchfield plant (the actual building – now demolished – and surrounding land sold at auction for $56,000 at the 11/10/18 auction) was built in 1916, with condensed milk being its main product. Their milk product, which proved to be an invaluable food source for the Allies during World War I, was christened "Milnut" in 1930 (later changed to Milnot in 1939), and the rest is history...
