Important information: To ensure smooth operation of your new water feature please ensure that you always keep the water topped up to the maximum level. The pump must be fully submerged in water at all times. If the water level drops and the pump is exposed the pump will start to make a noise. Excessive operation without sufficient water could damage the pump. If you hear the pump starting to make a noise, immediately top up with water to the maximum level .Pump damage by running dry will not be covered under warranty.
