Policy:
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you
decide to cancel the agreement you must inform us within 14 days of receiving
your purchase. To ensure the safe return of the item, please package your
item with care and keep your proof of postage. All items must be returned with
their original packaging, with tags attached to the item & in the same
condition that they were received. We have the right to refuse refund to items
that are returned and appear worn, heavily scented with perfume/food smells or
are marked with makeup etc.
Please note: We cannot accept returns of Knickers /
Briefs for obvious hygiene reasons. Swimwear - If you need to return them for
any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have
the hygiene strip on.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change
of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer
e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not
as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013.
