Shoe Bank/Pencil Holder by Lego 

Shoe is resin and painted brown and yellow.

Front of bank is a coin bank and the heal is a pencil/pen holder.

6-1/2 inches long and 4 inches tall.

Looks like the paint might have come off in a couple places and the bottom (see photos).
