The Japanese Sony PSN card allows anyone outside of Japan to create a Japanese account, purchase Japanese games, and pay for in-game items.

Steps to use PSN issued code:

1: Upon purchase of the item, a 12 digit PSN code will be delivered to the buyer's email address.

2: When you receive your 12 digit code, sign into your Japanese PlayStation account on your PSN console or Sony website where you can enter your code and see the balance reflected in your Japanese Playstation Network account.
