How to order:
Using the drop-down menu above, select the side and/or color of the earbud you're missing.
The medium silicone tip will ship as defualt. If you need a different size earbud tip, just message us!
To pair your new replacement earbud with your current charging case and earbud, the charging case and both earbuds must be fully charged. Place both earbuds into the charging case, and plug the charging case into a power source, such as a charging block or computer, using a lightning cable. Allow 4 hours for a full charge.
IMPORTANT: RESET THE EARBUDS. While both earbuds are in the charging case caddy, press and hold the button on the charging case for 20 seconds or until the charging case LED blinks red and white. Then close the charging case lid. Then, simply go into your iPhone, iPad or other device and unpair or forget the Beats Fit Pro earbuds.
Now, repeat the original steps of pairing the headphones to the device, as if they were new! It's that easy!
