We have four (4) graves available at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, New Jersey at $1200/ea. This is our family plot that we can no longer use as we have moved out of state. The price is per grave and includes the Transfer Fee and the Preservation and Maintenance Fee which is required by the State of New Jersey. Please see the details of this below.

The price is per grave and we are selling all 4 graves as one lot at less than half the current value of these graves. . Beth Israel currently values these graves at $3,995 per grave.

Beth Israel charges a deed transfer fee and there is also a Maintenance and Preservation Fund Fee which is mandated by The State of New Jersey. We have included those fees in the price of each grave. These fees are approximately $800 and we will pay half of all fees directly to Beth Israel from the proceeds of the sale. We are not responsible for any additional  fees Beth Israel may require once the graves have been purchased.

The graves are contiguous in the same plot as follows:

• Block 26 - Plot No. 1 - Grave Numbers 3, 6,7, 8 - See map attached to listing. This plot is conveniently located close to the Garden's entrance.
  

I have confirmed with Beth Israel that you will be able to place a foot stone on each grave.

Once payment is received:

• We will send your information (name, address, etc.) to Beth Israel.
• Beth Israel will draw up the transfer deed and send it to us to sign.
• We will return the signed paperwork to Beth Israel.
• Beth Israel will send the paperwork to you.
