NEW Hallmark Lights & Music Sound Keepsake CAROUSEL DISPLAY  2004 Collector's Series Original Box Rotates Manually Merry Go Round

When my son was born, a well intentioned relative gifted him the Hallmark Carousel display and then each year afterwards would gift him one of the additional animals which would fit onto the display. It was a lovely ... sentiment, but unfortunately my son really has no interest in this collection. So after years of the items sitting unopened on a top shelf in his closet, we've decided to list the items so that they can be appreciated by someone with more interest. NOTE: This item does NOT ROTATE on its own....it was NOT designed to do so.

According to my measurements, this tabletop sized carousel is approximately 12" tall and 10" across.

It requires 3 AAA batteries (not included) for the lights to light up and the music to play. NOTE: I did insert some batteries while I was taking photos/video just to make sure it was operational. I removed the batteries after the photos were taken. You will need to supply your own batteries.

Two carousel horses are included with this display. They fit into the slots on the display.

Note: To the best of my knowledge... it has only been opened to take the pictures for this listing. As mentioned above, the box has been sitting on a top shelf in a closet for almost 2 decades. It's in new condition but there may be some slight cosmetic scuffs (on the box) from normal age/storage. Also...and again, keep in mind that this is a BRAND NEW item, there is some slight "bleed" of red onto the white along the edges between the colors atop the canopy. This is how the item was as it was unboxed so I imagine it is factory intentional & original.

NOTE: I have tested the item and when batteries are inserted, it does light up and music plays. To get the music to start, you just need to manually give the carousel a bit of a turn. It plays for a bit and then the lights will turn off and the music will start. Again, as noted above, this carousel does NOT rotate on its own. It was NOT designed to do so.... you need to manually turn it yourself.

We are a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE household & all clothing is washed in allergen-free detergent. I continue to list additional items when I find the time.

Barring any crazy weather/hazardous driving situation, I ship as quickly as possible after receipt of cleared payment.

I respectfully ask you to realize that while I get your item packaged & off to the Post Office as quickly as humanly possible, I obviously do NOT have any control of how they handle it from there.  After I drop it off at the Post Office, the transit time is in the hands of the trusty Postal Service. They're generally quite efficient but do encounter some delays at times.

Postal rates keep increasing (obviously out of my control) & I carefully weigh the items prior to listing so that there are no surprises when it comes to shipping costs. I do include a very nominal charge to cover my packaging/printing materials. While I realize that you are looking for bargains, I too need to be able to cover my expenses.
