The RD-24E is capable of producing up to 150 pieces of roti / naan an hour. Designed for small commercial kitchens where gas is prohibited, Not available or too expensive to use. Compact design and small footprint the RD-24E can still accommodate 5 pieces of bread simultaneously. The desired texture of bread is achieved using four individually controlled heating element rods and an electric motor speed control. An advanced replacement to standard tandoori clay oven, RD-24E is more efficient and productive.
