Payment for all items is preferred via PayPal. By clicking "Buy it Now" or paying for an item you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order until delivery of the product had been made. If the order is not accepted a full refund will be given or an alternative product offered.
We currently process orders within 1 week, orders are then dispatched on 24 hour delivery for smaller items and 48 hour service for larger items, where possible. Any orders received after Thursday at 12.00(midday) will be dispatched on the following Monday to preserve the plants quality and so they are not kept in postal warehouses over the weekend.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return your products, this has to be completed within 14 days after purchase to preserve the quality of the plant/s.
Any returns must be accompanied by a copy of your delivery note, full contact details, a note detailing the circumstances of return and your desired outcome. Items must be returned to the address provided below on a recorded service to guarantee their arrival. We cannot process a refund unless all these conditions are met. Refunds will be processed only through your original payment method and will be for the item cost only; we do not refund P&P charges.
If you wish us to collect the item then please contact us so we can arrange this collection. The Buyer is responsible for the return collection costs. If we do not hear from you within the 14 day period, we will presume that you are happy with the product.
Any personalised items sold to the customer and they are returned to us will incur a restocking charge, this can be up to a maximum of 25% of the item value.
