Please note buyers must provide with correct physical address. No PO Box and temporary address such as hotels, trade show center etc will be shipped to. Buyers will be responsible for any incorrect and undeliverable address provided. All the shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In order to ship your winning bid without delay, please furnish us your complete shipping information with your Ebay ID, Auction ID, Product ID, your email address and possible phone number.

There will be a $3.95 handling charge for USPS priority mail and GEMS. There will be $1.95 insurance charge (optional)

Any returned shipment due to wrong address provided is subject to $5 charge to your card as UPS charges that.

Shipment lost/Damage

It is very rare but in case of any lost or damage shipment, please leave the package unopened and contact us as soon as you have found it. We will contact UPS for inspection and take the necessary steps to send you the replacement. In the event of lost/damage happens, and we can not replace the same as you have ordered due to sold out or out of inventory, the max. compensation will not exceed the amount you have paid for the product excluding shipping and handling. Please note it is buyer’s responsibility to buy insurance for the goods shipped.

Warranty/Return

Limited Warranty/Return:

1. All merchandise return for replacement, credit or refund must have Return Merchandise as Authorization number called RMA.

2. You should have original invoice and packing list available and simply reason for returning the merchandise when requesting for a RMA#,

3. All merchandise returned must not be damaged or used and be shipped back in original packing condition.

4. All original items such as accessories, manual included must be returned. Proof of purchase must be provided with a RMA# and freight must be prepaid by buyer. RMA # must be clearly marked in the shipping label on the box. All merchandises returned must be received within 10 days after the issue of the RMA#. Failure to do so may result in the delay of the RMA processing.

5. Unauthorized shipment will be rejected and the returns containing the wrong items other than authorized will be shipped back at the cost of sender.

6. Merchandises returned for credit or refund must be received by us in 10 days after the issuance of the RMA#. All merchandise return after 30 days from the date of original invoice will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and only for exchange or credits.

7. All RMA merchandise returned to customers will be shipped via UPS ground unless specified by customer whom would like to pay the differences for the shipping and handling cost.

8. Seller is not responsible for the damages as a result of improper usage by the customer. Parts missing from the original condition will not be accepted either.

9. All the merchandise have limited warranty and we only warrant our products to be free of defect with 30 days money back policy and defective products must be reported in 3 days after the receipt of the merchandise. All the shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

In the event of sold out or no inventory happens, and we cannot replace the same as you have ordered. We may replace you with the same value item. The max. compensation will not exceed the amount you have paid for the product excluding shipping and handling.
