Rare Vintage Car Photograph of a 1901 MERCEDES.  A very nice B&W photo of a 1901 MERCEDES, the actual photo looks like it is a photograph of another print or photograph of the car, but it does have some age to it, as there is slight age browning around the rear edges of the photo.  The name of the maker of the photographic papers is 'Agfa' which is printed to the rear & someone has written in pencil 'MERCEDES 1901', also to the rear a pencil line has been crossed through it, which does slightly show through onto the front when you tilt the photo in the light (see photos for more on these details).

Size approx 4-5/8" (124mm) x 3-3/8" (86mm), the photos edges are slightly curled up & as already mentioned above there is very slight age browning mainly to the rear edges of the photo (see photos for more its detail & condition) & overall it is in VGC.  NOTE : The slight shadow to the centre of the photos is from my camera & not actually on the photo.

I bought a collection of these old car photographs, which were mounted in an old Art Nouveau photo album, looking to date from the 1920/30's, which I will be listing over the coming weeks, most of the photos are of cars from around the 1920/30's period.
