Van Damme Starquad 1/4" TRS Jack to Female XLR Cable Neutrik Balanced Lead

Starquad is designed to give better screening and noise reduction over standard balanced cable and gives a better sound reproduction.

Starquad cable features a highly shielded 98% (braided screen) optical coverage with twisted pair of four conductors that significantly reduces EM and RF interference within a strong yet flexible high quality outer PVC jacket. The unique combination of ultra pure oxygen free copper silver plated and bare copper strands within each of the four conductors has given a remarkable signature to this stunning cable defined by a full bodied natural, transparent, detailed and balanced sound rarely found in balanced cables of this price range.

Neutrik connectors are an industry standard and are extremely robust, tried and trust by professional audio hire companies the world over. This lead uses gold contacts and a chrome black outer body. They look extremely professional and are a given choice for many professionals. Neutrik Female XLR NC3FXX and TRS NP3X in nickel are used on this lead.

For mic/line level use only - Never to be used for low impedance, such as, power amplifier output to passive speaker - if you need this type of lead contact us we can make it. 

This lead is a balanced configuration and is intended for balanced audio equipment.

Note if you use this lead on a piece of audio equipment that doesn't have a balanced input your audio may not sound as it should as pin 3 will not be connected. Please ensure that your input is balanced before buying this lead. Please consult your user manual if you are unsure. If you can not find the answer why not ask us? Important - Lead length Reference Points

PLEASE MEASURE UP CAREFULLY TO AVOID ERRORS

Leads 1m or less (patch leads) will be measured visible cable from the rear black boot of the connector. We add 100mm of cable FREE to compensate for the connectors.

Leads over 1m will be measured cut length of cable. Both of the connectors will use up 110mm of cable.

If you need any specific length or need a little extra please ask - it can be made to that length as these are made to measure when we receive the order. Contact through ebay messages.

We can make the lead to an exact length if you want - Order the lead that is slightly longer and message us through ebay.
