The Aogami steel is sandwiched with soft iron.
This knife is handmade one at a time by the hands of our master knife maker.
It is a premium knife created in the traditional way.

It is made of Aogami steel by Japanese blacksmith.
So it is extremely sharp and sharpness last longer.
However, it gets rust easily so it needs maintenance.
