50-60's vintage gigantic 30-1/4" outdoor public address Italian RCF horn loudspeaker or siren. This monster was built like a tank, rain & weateher-proof, for PA purpose and military & Army usage, or school, concerts, stadium, arena, events in square, etc.  Very huge. Wheather-&-rain-proof aluminum housing and iron mounting bracket paint by light gray paint. Some residue of brown glue around the surround circumference or edge at the mouth of the cone where back then a black rubber ring was stuck on.
Since its own label-plate has got missed I don't know the wattage but by considering this looks pretty similar to my other BBC horn loudspeakers (get a look for 'em among my items) so also this might have their same wattage - about 30 watts -  but do not quote me!

Tested and working. It reads 13.4 Ohms on my meter.
I tried also to plug it in my SABA Hi-Fi Pack C 3100 Stereo to see if can reproduce music as well, and yes, it does! However its own real purpouse is not for home use but to broadcast sound in outdoor locations!
