A Handmade Kumihimo Braided Necklace in emerald green with a double green glass in silver heart pendant.

A beautiful handmade braided necklace created using the Japanese technique of kumihimo.

The braid is made from 8 strands of nylon silk (approximately 12 yards in all).

*Kumihimo braids are created under tension so that they are tightly woven. This produces a strong braid and is quite thick at just under 1cm but is also lightweight. It has a delightful tactile feel and has a lovely sheen.

The necklace is 20" long not including the pendant.

The pendant is approximately 1.5"
