Large Art Deco Antique / Vintage Ceiling Light Fixtures Commercial Grade Classic Period Design.

We are listing a Large Art Deco Ceiling Light Fixture all metal, Union Made, about 1930. They are a classic period design. ( WE HAVE FIFTEEN OF THESE FIXTURES FOR SALE YOU ARE BUYING ONLY ONE. ) There is no manufactures name on the fixture, just the Union Made Labels. They are large ( 20" in diameter and 23" tall and weigh close to 20 pounds as they sit. They are all painted in a satin brass finish and after 90 years of use they could use another painting. These are commercial grade light fixtures. They are constructed with nuts & bolts and welding.  The metal is steel and iron, the canopy is steel and the large heavy duty loop is solid brass. The large textured frosted glass that lights up is original and can be removed by lowering a hinge frame and remove two screws. All glass are original pieces of the fixture. They have a unique lighting ability to transfer the light straight down and through the twelve cut out diamonds and upwards. Or Straight upwards and a little through the cutout diamonds and a little down. You can also block the diamond cutouts and have light down and up. In order to have the second option you will need a small 10" circle piece of thin metal to hook up to the three chains inside the fixture, about 1/8" thickness plate and drill three holes for the S hooks. You can also remove the round glass and replace it with your own design. There is an original porcelain socket and electric wiring. I would recommend new wiring, very easy straight shot job. These were all in working order when removed. We have not done any serious cleaning to them other than dust them off. You will have to do the cleaning, they are dirty. You can buy all of them together or as many as you want. We are selling them as is and shown. We are selling them on a local Chicago pickup. They will be expensive to ship but can be done. Please look close at the pictures as they are part of the description.

These are for pickup at our Chicago warehouse not our ( Portage Ind. address ).
Shipping is possible but will be expensive.
