see all Photographs. Photos are of the actual item you will be buying and as
such constitute the major part of the description. Plus every effort is
made to describe honestly. Please read thoroughly or ask questions.
Due
to the light and screen difference, the item's color may be slightly
different from the pictures. Please understand. Make sure you don't mind before
you bid.
DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
Any
postage/courier prices quoted in my listings are for Great Britain mainland only,
if you are in a remote area of GB then please contact me first with your
postcode. I can then find a suitable
delivery quote and allow you to select that option before buying. Otherwise orders placed from remote postcodes
eg.: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland ? postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW,
PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, Northern Ireland, Isle
of Man and Isles of Scilly ? postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25,KW,GLASGOW, will be
cancelled and refunded.
RETURNS
Generally,
we do not accept returns due to the cost of delivery, cost of time and effort
that each item requires to be listed, packaged and send in the first
place.
Each
case will be determined individually. We check all items before they leave us,
however should the item be faulty, then please send us full details of the
fault with photos. In the event a return
is accepted (eg. Faulty item), then the item can be returned at the buyers
cost.
NOT ARRIVED DUE TO DELIVERY/COURIER FAULT
Only
standard £20 postage insurance will be taken out unless otherwise asked for and
paid for by customer. In the event the item goes missing due to the
courier or delivery companies fault, we will endeavor to get the full refund on
your behalf. However, if it is the courier company that has defaulted, we will
only be able to refund the amount we receive from the courier company after
they have paid us. If your item is more than £20, please let us know
before your purchase and before send you the tracking information that you
require additional insurance on the item and then we can tell you what that
extra amount it.
DAMAGED IN DELIVERY
In
the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in the post, please try to sign
damaged with courier and for the purpose of any claim please take 4-6 clear
photographs of:
The
state that the box/packaging was in before opening.
The
labels of the box/packaging.
The
content and damaged items.
Damage
close up.
The
box, label and item together.
Please
keep the packaging and item until the case is closed as you may need to return
or send further proof.
In
all cases, please send photos, communicate the issue. We do try to be as fair and accurate as
possible and depending on the case offer good will.
