Limitation of Liability. Buyer/Bidder hereby agrees that under all possible circumstances, our  (seller) maximum liability in any and all auctions and sales transactions is hereby limited to the purchase price actually paid by the Buyer for the applicable sale or auction transaction. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES RELATED TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE GOODS OR THE AUCTION, OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
