I own an advertising specialty company - now in our 45th year I am happy to report - and worked in the industry for many years prior to establishing my own firm.   For many years my best client was what was formerly known as "The Bell System".   Of course after Judge Green's 1984 ruling, divestiture occurred and it was later broken up into what was generally called the "Baby Bells" - and later morphed into many variations.

So over the years we worked very closely with Western Electric, AT&T, Southern Bell, BellSouth, BellSouth International, Lucent Technologies, OFS, Avaya, etc.   I collected many over-run samples, one-or-a-kind spec samples, and the likes.   I am now selling much of that collection via eBay.

I have been searching through old samples and over-runs of orders I sold to various Bell System entities.    And I do have many such samples.

Here are over-run salesman samples from orders sold to AT&T during the period 1980's to 1990's.  None have ever been used, but rather stored in our climate controlled sample rooms for all of these years.   They all are essentially as new.

And here is what the fortunate buyer will receive:

A.   We sold AT&T a large variety of jewelry gifts.   Here is a beautiful and functional key ring.   It features a revolving center disc with the AT&T logo etched and color filed on both sides, and is gold plated.   It is gift boxed in a very nice two piece container for a great presentation.   Quality manufactured in the U.S.A.
B.   AT&T Atlanta Works facility each year sponsored a Red Cross Blood Drive.   And each year, we sold AT&T a small token thank you gift.   Here an over-run sample from 1984 - a first aid kit most appropriate.   In addition to a First Aid Guide, the kit contains antiseptic and a Curad bandage assortment.   This was made in the U.S.A. by an outstanding company called Washburn Laboratories, in Minnesota.   I knew Bob Washburn, a fine fellow, back in the day...
C.   Another U.S.A. made item from Washburn Laboratories is this useful sportsman kit.   The sturdy and flexible plastic container has three refillable bottles:  After Sun Lotion / Bronztan Lotion #4 / and Bronztan Sun Stop #15.   The distinctive AT&T hot stamped logo in blue on the top with red & blue circle lines to set it off.
D.   AT&T was very big on sponsoring golf events, and we supplied a plethora of gifts used in support.   Here is a Spaulding "Kro-Flite" golf ball example with the logo.
E.   And speaking of golf, here are three special golf tee & marker kits.   Each kit contains four wood tees, each printed AT&T, a ball marker, and all in a convenient container.
F.   The Atlanta Works had a custom designed and built van to take to customers.   Inside was displayed the wide range of products manufactured at the Atlanta Works.   AT&T wanted a nice key tag to distribute to visitors, and we helped design this one.   It features a custom cast 3-D design of the van with multi-color printing.   The imprint is permanently protected by a clear epoxy over-coat for durability.   They also wanted a very strong ring attachment, and that it has.   These were also made in the U.S.A.
G.   Magic Grip.   This useful tool is more than a jar opener - which it is excellent at doing.   It removes lint, prevents items from sliding, protects table tops, helps carry heavy objects, etc.   One of my customers frequently purchased these to distribute, and referred to them as "her husband", for all of it's uses.   It was made in the U.S.A., and carries the tag line "The Right Choice", so that would be from 1985 or so.
H.  Another "The Right Choice" item is this magnet.   Again, it would be from the mid 1980's.  U.S.A. made.
I.   An one last "The Right Choice" item is this useful 6" ruler.   U.S.A. made.
J.   Weepul with "Number One" hand and finger.   Bell Laboratories was adjacent to the Atlanta Works, and we frequently worked with them as well.   This cute little creature was to help celebrate fifteen years of excellence / 1972 - 1987.   U.S.A. made.
K.   AT&T Atlanta Works had many internal promotions to promote loyalty and company harmony.   One such program was "QWL", that stood for "Quality of Work Life".   Here are four lapel pins with that salutation.    The location of the Atlanta Works is noted, along with clutching hands and a "teamwork" theme.   It was to express the relationship between management and the union.   Also U.S.A. made.
L.   We sold AT&T a variety of writing instruments.   The blue one with just the AT&T logo is smartly designed, as it flips to expose the tip.   U.S.A. made.
The other blue one was manufactured by Scripto, a nationally recognized industry leader.   The tag line on this unit is: "Share Owner Regional Meeting".   U.S.A. made as well.
M.   Here is an unusual eraser.   It is 5" long, and you extend the needed eraser as it is used.   it is white with the AT&T Network Systems tag line - quite popular in the day.
N.   AT&T used a variety of plastic bags.   Here are four over-run samples of an order I sold to them.   The bag is 12" X 10" with a 4" gusset.   Plus, it has convenient snap handles for closure.   These are double wall for added strength.   In the gusset is our company information.   Frequently our supplier included this in the hopes of securing additional business - and it sometimes worked.

So you will receive these 23 items - with 15 different.   All unused and in as new condition.
