This is a James Reimer Autographed Toronto Maple Leafs mini goalie helmet.

He signed this in permanent BRIGHT BOLD silver paint pen and included his #34!  He signed a nice autograph...without any skips/streaks, etc...it is very nice autograph. He signed this a few years ago when the when the Leafs were in town.  He signed this for me inside the hotel one-on-one.
